In our early preschool program, your active 2- or 3-year-old will participate in engaging experiences and environments that support the development of their brain, body and social-emotional skills.The educational childcare program is designed to provide the structure and support your child needs during this important transition from toddlerhood to preschool.
CORE CURRICULUM - THE CREATIVE CURRICULUM FOR PRESCHOOL
- We encourage your child to dramatic play. Which means we have a stock of costumes and supplies for your preschooler to play pretend, cooking, building, etc.
- We make use of natural materials. We collect leaves, small rocks, and other things little things to use in art projects.
- We have story time. Children pick out their favorite books for the teacher to read and act out the story.
- On a pretty day, children are taken outside. They can have free play in the playground.
- We have dance parties to the children's favorite songs.
- We do play-doh and slime play. The children love to mold and cut out shapes!
- We incorporate limited screen time to get your child ready for the ever changing world of virtual learning.
